Richard Davis is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Artis Research & Risk Modeling, Artis International and Artis Looking Glass. The suite of Artis companies conduct interdisciplinary field-based scientific research in conflict zones, build local programs and policies to move people toward less violent outcomes and develop technology applications to interface with social media platforms to understand and model the dynamics of human behavior in politically unstable conflict environments. The Artis companies work with governments, non-governmental organizations, universities and private sector entities in risk management and conflict resolution and mitigation efforts across the globe.
Joe has spent his entire career at Riggins Engineering beginning with a four year apprenticeship graduating as a journeyman general machinist and culminating in 1982 when he accepted the position of President and General manager. During his tenure as President he lead the company through transition to Lean Manufacturing and Implementation of the current Advanced QMS while increasing annual sales from $900,000 to $7,000,000.
Andrei is Secretary of WG Henschen and the Chief Legal Officer of Black Mountain Investment Company. Andrei is responsible for contracts, business transactions, and legal organization. He is charged with preventing/reducing the company’s exposure to risk and liability. As an investor and the company’s legal officer, he provides the company with legal advice and works to navigate the complex laws regarding investments.
Mihai D. Toma is an entrepreneur with a track record of building organizations from the ground up. Mihai is the founder and CEO of the Black Mountain Investment Company, whose holdings include an aerospace and defense distributor, an enterprise software company, a general contractor, a real estate brokerage, and varied real property assets. He is also the Vice Chairman of the board for Grand Canyon Bank (proposed).
With over 30 years of experience in General Management, Business Development and Operational Management in the Aerospace Industry, Jerry has successfully managed businesses with a broad range of technologies, managed business turn around activity, improved profitability and increased marketshare.
