Started in a garage in 1962, Riggins has grown to a $6MM+ manufacturer capable of multi-axis, high-speed milling, and Flexible Manufacturing Center production. Riggins is an aerospace and defense manufacturer that was founded in 1962. By 1972, the company had grown to be a million-dollar operation that focused on mill and lath operations. By the turn of the century, Riggins had grown to be an industry leader in the area of value housing, enclosure and manifold production; the company is proud to state that it has a part on almost every airframe in operation.
In 2001, Riggins became one of the first companies in its class to move to cell based lean manufacturing. In 2018, Riggins was purchased by the Black Mountain Investment Company. Backed by new ownership, Riggins gained extensive financial backing to support its future growth and expansion plans.
